Hi there!

My name is Jess — A wedding and family photographer that started in Plymouth, Michigan while going through nursing school.

A little history — I love to travel and see this beautiful country. I lived in Estes Park, Colorado for 3 years - the clients and the photography in Colorado were incredible! I was living a dream. I met my husband, Eric, while we were both working as nurses.

Eric and I decided to do some travel nursing. We built a van and lived in that for a year! We moved to Washington… Montana… then decided to elope in Deadwood, SD!

After the absolute insane year of 2020 (iykyk), we decided it was time to take a break from nursing and settle down in little ol’ Babbitt, Minnesota. It was a lovely time, but after 3 years we wanted to move closer to my mom, so we bought a house in Harrisville, Michigan.

Present day — we have a small hobby farm, lots of chickens, turkeys, 2 dogs, 3 cats and room for more ;)

I love animals and nature — I love camping — I love hiking — I also love collecting and growing lots of plants! Monsteras are my favorite house plant.

I’m crafty and love my Cricut! (where my Cricut people at?) I’m a homebody and my favorite place on earth is at home with my hubs and animals!

I am happy to be back home in Michigan where I’m still doing the same things in a new location — Turning your family's candid moments into prints that feel like home.
